Shipping and Return Shipping Cost

Our products will be shipped to the UK address provided. *All products have free shipping except for some low priced items such as grounding pads and other accessories which will incur a carriage charge of £12.00 inc. VAT.

Estimated timescale to despatch underfloor heating is 1 working day, for other products it's 1-3 working days. Underfloor heating mats and cables have FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY WHEN ORDERED BEFORE 4.30PM.

To return your product (if applicable for return), you should contact us by email at contact@theheatingpartnership.co.uk and we will confirm details of where the item is to be returned to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
